Eligibility for Refunds
- Item must be unused, in new condition, and free of wear or damage.
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Product must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
- All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.
How to Request a Refund

- Wait for our approval and return instructions (unapproved returns may not be eligible).

Non-Refundable Items

Shipping & Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- For orders with free shipping, original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
